The Babies First Fight

Went to the Dr. last week. All is looking good with the 2. The doctor did make a prediction that there we are having 2 boys. But...it is just a prediction. One of the twins hands were in the way - the doctor says he's fiddling with stuff down there and is probably a boy. He swore he saw something between the legs of the other twin but I still think it was the umbilical cord. We go the paranatologist (sp) July 8th and they will really check them out and let us know for sure. Not too much longer. I am still holding out there is a little girl in there, but I am truly fine with 2 boys. Abbie and I would be more than happy to remain queens of the Palmer castle.

Okay so about their first fight. As we were watching the sono we noticed the bottom twin really start to twist around. We watched "him" for a bit b/c this is the twin who is always in the fetal position and looks like he is fighting for space. So we see him jab his little foot at the other twins sack and in the direction of his head. Apparently one foot was not sending the message loud and clear that he needed some room so he lodged another foot toward his woombie. We all laughed. The doctor said that twin will be the boss. Kevin said that twin takes after me. Lovely. I sure hope he gets some room in there eventually.

Things to Improve Upon...

We always seem to write about things what we excel in or are proud of. But I have noticed a few things about myself, or the way I do things that can be improved upon. PS - Totally not picking on myself here. Just thought I put it out in the universe. And hey if you have any of these things down - send help my way. I am always up for suggestions.

- Obviously spelling
- Along with spelling - proofreading what I spell - I am sure you have all noticed
- Making decisions about what to make/eat for dinner
- Being content/happy with the house (decorations/furniture) - I feel the need to improve on it all it just never ends
- Sticking with one purse at a time - I can't help but coordinate which causes me to change purses when I change outfits or pick outfits that go with the current purse to avoid changing the purse. HELP!!!
- I need to cut back on the amount of purses I have but can't bare to part with any of them
- I am hooked on E! I just can't stop watching the madness
- Don't tell anyone, but I have not even begun to start living green. I have high hopes but haven't quite figured out where to start.
- I don't like the new Energy Efficient light bulbs. I have tried several but they just aren't soft enough.
- Cleaning blinds - what do you use???
- Biting my tongue when I know I need to. Although, I always find a nice what to say what is on my mind
- Finding topics to blog about. No explanation needed.

Help Technology Savy Blogger Friends

Okay so confession - blogging is the most technology savvy thing I know how to do. I am trying to make a CD for my brother-in-law of some good old Texas country songs. The problem is this...I don't know how to do that. Please don't tell you friends. I feel like I am from the stone age already. If I had a rock and carving skills I would scribe the songs on there. But for the sake of time and our day and age I figured a CD was the way to go. I have gathered all of my songs by the different artists, but I just don't know where to go from here. So help me out if you can. Thanks.

What a Weekend!

Hey friends. I hope you are all doing well. Nothing much to report. Thought I'd share my crazy weekend with you. I basically hit all of the highlights of the Ft. Worth area from Fri. - Sat. Rangers Game, Japanese Garden, Water Garden, and the Stockyards. Sunday was spent lounging with my friend Jessica around her dad's pool while Kev was at work. Here are the pictures to prove it. I did not include one of us lounging by the pool. Prego Kelli does not look so hot in a swimsuit right now. It was nice to fee weightless though.
